This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between See That Shine LLC (“Service Provider,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (“Client” or “you”) for mobile auto detailing services provided at the Client’s designated location. By scheduling a service, the Client agrees to the terms set forth below.
◆ We provide mobile detailing services, including but not limited to: exterior washing, waxing, paint enhancement, ceramic coatings, interior cleaning, odor removal, and specialty treatments as described on our website or service menu.
◆ Specific services to be performed will be outlined in the booking confirmation or invoice.
◆ Client agrees to provide clear access to the vehicle at the time of service.
◆ Client must ensure there is enough space for detailing equipment and access to the vehicle’s interior and exterior.
◆ Delays caused by lack of access or readiness may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
◆ Client affirms that the vehicle is in operable condition and that any known defects (e.g., electrical issues, leaks, excessive damage) have been disclosed in advance.
◆ We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during the detailing process.
◆ Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
◆ Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or other approved forms as listed on our website.
◆ For specialty or high-ticket services, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
◆ We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
◆ Appointments delayed or rescheduled due to weather will not incur a penalty.
◆ “No-shows” may result in a full charge or loss of deposit.
◆ If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We’ll make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
◆ We do not guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, or damage beyond the scope of detailing.
◆ Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not responsible for mechanical issues, electronics, or accessories.
◆ Client agrees to remove all personal belongings before service.
◆ We are not liable for items left in the vehicle that are lost, damaged, or soiled during service.
◆ We comply with local environmental regulations and best practices.
◆ Client is responsible for ensuring that mobile detailing is permitted at the service location (e.g., HOA or property rules).
◆ We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation and marketing purposes.
◆ No identifying personal information (like license plates) will be publicly shared without permission.
◆ This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
◆ Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within [Insert County], New York.
◆ This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Client and Service Provider and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.

By booking service with See That Shine LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
